Take the Word of God and bind it to your heart, embed it in your mind. When you need it, it will be there.
Today, I'm taking this as a reminder of the importance of memorizing scripture. A famous phrase comes to mind: "Sin kept me from it now it keeps me from sin."
Very true words. I have experienced it myself. My encouragement for you today, reader, is to find a verse to mediate on and take this week to memorize it - bind it upon your heart.
